I again broke my own rules about reviewing cookbooks. As much as I like them, they make me want to cook all of the recipes in them and that isn’t even a remote possibility of that happening with my cooking budget (which is next to none….lol).
Now saying that, I really enjoyed reading this cookbook. The author did a great job explaining what the Paleo diet was, how it worked and how it would help you lose weight.
The recipes were fairly simple and instead of overloading the book with them, he only had a few. They were also fairly simple and not with some of the outrageous ingredients that I have seen in some Paleo recipes.
How many stars will I give Paleo Diet? 4/4.5
Why? Great beginner book for someone who wants to start the Paleo Diet with easy to follow recipes.

Why? It’s a cookbook, so it’s very clean.
