My review:

This was a good book and an interesting read. Basically, it went over how to develop positive life habits. I think that this would be a great book for anyone at any age to read.

I really liked the chapters on how to Build Your Self-Esteem and forming new, better habits. I was on a road trip when I read this book and read some of them out loud to BK as he was driving….as sort of a hint….lol. But in all seriousness, there is some pretty good advice there. From focusing on a new habit to building a new identity, it showed you how to build new habits from the ground up.

The other chapters were interesting too but those two really struck a chord with me.

How many stars will I give Essential Life Habits? 4

Why? It is a well written self help book that give some great advice. I just wish that some of the chapters were a bit longer.

Will I reread it? Yes

Will I reccomend to family and friends? Yes

Age Range? All ages
